Refund Policy

Upon registration you agree to a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
Since we have fixed costs and limit camp size if you cancel 30 or more days before your session we will issue you a refund of the remaining funds after the deposit is deducted.
If you cancel your session with in 30 days of your sessions travel day we cannot issue a refund.
If you are concerned about medical or other reasons that may cause you to cancel your session we suggest that you acquire travel insurance.
